When you receive CYM and Your Development Programme Guidelines (YDPG) we suggest that you ...

• Read through the topic headings first of all.
• Skim through those topics you feel are most relevant for you right now.
• Have a look at the Suggestions at the end of the topic sections.
• Think about how you could apply them or adapt them to your particular circumstances.
• Next, go to YDPG and read through the five page guide.
• Then open Your Development Programme (YDP), which is a summary template - in effect your master record of your development plan and progress.
